Cancellation Policy

If you book a provisional appointment and fail to prepay for it within six business hours of agreeing a time your appointment may be cancelled and allocated to someone else. ​Note also that your session is only confirmed once payment is received and I may not be able to hold your slot for you if no proof of payment or payment has been received.
